Het wordt daarom veel gebruikt op auto\u2019s, vrachtwagens, bussen, cruiseschepen, treinen en vliegtuigen.<\/p>\n<p>E\u00e9n van de vele verbazingwekkende eigenschappen van TiO<sub>2<\/sub> is de ongelooflijk hoge brekingsindex, met een nog hoger reflectievermogen zelfs dan diamant en een onge\u00ebvenaarde pigmenthelderheid.<\/p>\n<p>TiO<sub>2<\/sub> wordt vervaardigd met een gecontroleerde primaire deeltjesgrootte om de verstrooiing van zichtbaar licht te optimaliseren indien gebruikt in verf. Dankzij deze verstrooiing van het licht kunnen voertuigen worden geverfd in het volledige zichtbare kleurenspectrum.<\/p>\n<p>De optie om elke mogelijke kleur te kunnen kiezen geeft onze voertuigen een geweldig uiterlijk en het dekvermogen van TiO<sub>2<\/sub> zorgt er bovendien voor dat er minder verf nodig is, wat ons geld bespaart. Door zijn unieke interactie met licht houdt TiO<sub>2<\/sub> auto\u2019s niet alleen koeler. Niet noodzakelijk. Zelfreinigend glas met een speciale fotokatalytische coating uit titaandioxide TiO<sub>2<\/sub> is al goed ingeburgerd. Dit helpt om vuil af te breken, waardoor het veel gemakkelijker met water kan worden afgewassen.   <\/p>\n<p>Er komen nu ook verfsoorten op de markt voor auto\u2019s met vergelijkbare eigenschappen.
