The objective of this document is to provide clarity and guidance in the area of nanomaterials for scientific and regulatory purposes, as there is still considerable confusion in this field
It includes a glossary and explanation of the many different terms used in the area of nanomaterials and TiO2.
The TDMA has endeavoured to align this information as closely as possible with EU regulations and documents hoping that the information sheet will improve understanding, assist in the selection of appropriate forms for studies or even avoid unnecessary studies being undertaken.
The TDMA will continue to update the sheet and welcome any feedback and comments.
